- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to stay within the client's budget because I know how stressful it can be. I also pass on any discounts that vendors I work with to the clients automatically. I know it's a business but it is ultimately the clients important day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer is to have a conversation with them (usually my free consultation) and see what is really important to them, what makes them tick and how/what I can bring to the table to ultimately help them. Then it's figuring out what works, schedules, logistics, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing event/wedding planning for nearly 10 years.
