Lyova did a fantastic job on our bathroom floor tile and kitchen backsplash, including repairing the bathroom subfloor. His rates were reasonable, he was efficient and very conscientious. I'm an out of town property owner and I was able to work with him via phone, text and pictures. It was a leap of faith for both of us and he did a great job. Very responsive and also a very nice person.

I contacted Leva to help with installing tile on my kitchen and laundry area floors, covering a 300 ft² space. Additionally, fixing the tile in my living room and grouting. Despite the poor service I had received from a previous contractor, Leva listened to my concerns and worked closely with me to ensure the job was done right.
