Our programs are designed to build confidence, awareness, character, and real-world personal safety skills— No uniforms and No belts! CFS One on One Self Defense Training sessions are $100. the hour. If you need me to travel to you and train you in the comfort of your home or residential gym or area, I can do that as well. I look forward to training with you soon.
