Mario came to my home. I immediately felt he was honest and sincere. I hired him right away. He came back the next day and installed exactly what I've been looking. Had a bad experience with several other a/v companies but this was the experience I was looking for. Came with a few guys and finished in under an hour. His prices seemed fair and he was very respectful of me needing his guidance. System is more than I hoped for and I'm very happy
