- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Commission range is from 4-6% paid by the seller when the property transfers to the buyer. However, I am accepting 1%-2% as the sellers agent at this time, based on the home sellers need of assistance. Full assistance such as preparing property, marketing, negotiations, reports, inspections, standard/required disclosures, escrow and title transfer. Or, just handling the negotiations, required docs, escrow and title.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding your needs and offering expert and practical advise. For home sellers: evaluating the home and value of nearby homes sold to realize the listing price. Preparing the home, putting effective direct marketing together, matching your home with a buyer quickly, negotiating and following through with documents and details to the funding/escrow/title and close.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Expert in Home Sells, Consultant/Realtor®️ also certified in Green/Home Effeciency with 35 year of experience in commercial and industrial, single family homes, multi residential and land.
