- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Solo, hourly sessions are $80-$90 depending on the weekly frequency, duo sessions are $120-$130 total (to be split) also depending on the frequency. I give an additional 5% off for clients who purchase a pack of 10 sessions or more at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial phone call just to learn more about the new potential client (their goals, health history, what exercise experience they have if any, etc). I want all potential clients to be able to work with a pro who’ll genuinely be an excellent fit for them and cater to their specific goals. After the initial call, if both the client and I feel we’re a great match, we’ll set up a starter session together which I give a discount on so they’re able to try working with me at a low cost. If we both feel it’s a great fit to work together then we’ll figure out a schedule and get to work on getting them to their goals 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have various certifications in personal training, nutrition, pre & post natal training, and more that I’ve attained over the last 11 years. I also have a sports background and a journey myself with overall health, so I have a lot of knowledge from personal experience and empathy for my clients which helps me understand their goals and gives them the assurance that they’re not alone on this journey 😊
