- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial phone call just to learn more about the new potential client (their goals, health history, etc). I want all potential clients to be able to work with a pro who’ll genuinely be an excellent fit for them. After the initial call, if both the potential client and I feel we’re a great match, we’ll set up a starter session together and move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have various certifications in personal training, nutrition, group training, pre & post natal training, and more that I’ve attained over the last 9 years. I also had quite a journey with fitness/health myself so I have a lot of knowledge from personal experience.
