Introduction
I’ve been coaching people in resistance training, speed and agility, and rehabilitative exercise for a decade now and other modalities such as flexibility, mobility, nutrition, lifestyle/behavioral change, sometimes including meal plans and scheduling, sport specific, and aerobic exercise for almost as long, as well as self defense training in the form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for almost 3 years. I’ve worked with professional and collegiate athletes in my career both at UCLA and elsewhere, as well as general population from all over the world but primarily in LA/North Hollywood where I’m based. I have created a program that minimizes your time commitment to only 3 hours per week, without compromising on getting you the best possible results. I have my own private gym at my apartment and I also train many clients in their own homes via FaceTime or in person. All you have to do is show up and put in the work, I’ll take care of the rest and make sure we can achieve your goals together! To incentive consistency which determines your results, I charge less the more frequently you train with me.

Working with Adam has been amazing. He has a tailored approach to his sessions and is great at motivating you to push past your mental blocks, but he is also very patient! He has expertise in working around existing injuries and helped me with my all-around physical health outside of lifting(diet/nutrition advice etc.) I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer!

Just before turning 61, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. My doctor suggested taking bisphosphonates to slow bone density loss; she also recommended weightlifting and taking calcium. I took her latter two suggestions but not the first (for many reasons), and started lifting free weights for the first time in my life, training with Adam. The results speak for themselves: two years later, without taking drugs, my bone density not only has not continued to decrease but actually has INCREASED everywhere, with my spine approaching the normal range, my hips no longer osteoporotic, and the top of my femur improving as well. Adam transformed me – a person with chronic neck and shoulder problems, who found it challenging to lift 70 lbs., into one whose deadlift PRs are over 200 lbs. now without pain or injury at age 63. Adam’s deep knowledge of body mechanics and physiology enables him to help people of all ages with all sorts of physical issues. He meets you where you are and slowly but surely, by carefully providing you the detailed adjustments you need to work out safely and to overcome previous injury, you gain balance, strength, and agility. For Adam, it is a calling. For you, it can change your life. It changed mine. I am looking forward to being free of osteoporosis without drugs in the years ahead. Join me and go for it!

Power Block Training has helped me with my strength and endurance greatly. As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner in my forties- I wanted to get back into strength training to keep my muscles from deteriorating as I got older. I simply asked Adam what PBT was, and what interested me was his claim that it could not only elevate my fitness level, but also because I was interested in the olympic lifts that were included in the regimen. Not only have I noticed strength and endurance gains, but it has substantially increased my ability to stay strong throughout my matches. Getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker. Thanks to Power Block, I’ve been able to turn the clock back on my physical fitness. I thank Adam for helping me attain my best athletic self.
