- What types of customers have you worked with?
I customize meal plans to get them the results they want. I run both women specific and co-ed boot camps. I map out my clients' schedule with them to make sure they have enough time to get the workouts in they need to achieve their goals. I also personally work them out, showing them how to work out effectively and motivate them to keep going to achieve their goals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell you to ask about all the things you will be getting when you sign up with that trainer, see what times they are free, and see if they are able to travel to you or meet you in a convenient location. I would also ask them if they had some before and after photos of clients they've worked with. Gosh, so many questions you can ask. I'm an open book! :)
