Oleg did a wonderful job putting up rope lights in the front of our 2 story home. He is very good at communicating through google translate. We showed him what kind of lights we wanted. He picked up the lights for us. He is a hard worker who did a very tough job. He knows what he is doing and makes sure you are happy with his work.
