My listed hourly rate applies to jobs billed by the hour. Some projects are quoted at a flat price based on the scope of work. Send a few photos and a short description so I can review what’s needed. I’ll provide an estimate or price range, or arrange a visit if I need to see the work in person. Before work begins, we’ll agree on pricing and clarify any material costs.
