- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once clients have reached out, we will schedule an initial meeting to learn more about your wedding vision and answer any questions you may have about our packages and pricing. Following the meeting we will send you a contract to look over to make sure all of your needs are met. If everything looks good, clients can secure our services by returning a signed copy of the contract and paying the deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, clients are sent a link to our "Client's Page" on our website where they will find helpful resources for planning a wedding and forms they can fill out to let us know details about their special day. These forms vary depending on what package you have booked. We will also schedule a meeting shortly after booking to work with to create an initial timeline draft. Although our Month-of coordination clients won't begin regularly working with us until about 4-6 weeks prior to their wedding, we find an initial timeline is useful when booking your other vendors, so we like to assist you with this as soon as possible!
