We have set prices for different job codes and pricing includes a warranty for labor as well as parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After acquiring contact info we schedule a meet up time, phone ahead when on the way, get history of HVAC unit and then we make recommendations based on our findings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NATE certificate, Associates degree in refrigeration and air conditioner technology
