FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will always vary due to how personalized and customizable my services are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off by getting to know clients, what service they're looking for, and if I'm able to help with the project. For in-studio commissions, I provide my clients with mock ups for approval before any work is started. Drop off/pick up will be at my North Hollywood studio. Shipping is also available. For on-site events, I discuss with the client what will be personalized on the day and send over ideas if necessary. I will also go over work flow and what is to be expected on the day of, if this is the client's first time working with a live artist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in art and design, having attended college for fashion design. I have also taken courses in calligraphy, specializing in a more modern style. Through various techniques, I can transfer my calligraphy onto most surfaces through paint pens, engraving, hot foiling, wood burning, and painting.
