- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Distance (mileage), length of event (not just the performance time), and how many band members best fit your event are the key factors in customizing your quote. Number of guests (size of event) is important, too, to gauge what size of sound system we need to bring to your event. If it's too big a job for me, I'll tell you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your success and overall happiness is the most important to me. I'm personable and always prefer to have a phone conversation/consultation to better understand what works best for you (a DJ, Band, combo of the two, size of band, etc). I'm full of great ideas, too, and may run a few across you that you might not have thought of.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Singing in church, choir, and then one day, singing and playing harmonica in bars. The rest I picked up along the way.
