My old Maytag W/D tower has been creaking, noisily and erratically, for many years. It finally broke down completely so I reached out to Roman and his team. They made a valiant effort to repair but ultimately concluded that the machine could not be saved. They were transparent and professional and fast throughout the process, and when their troubleshooting efforts didn’t work out they were exceedingly gracious and fair about the cost of their work, offering to refund the full cost of the spare part. I will definitely use their services in the future if my new w/d (god forbid) has any issues.

Roman came out when he said he would, fixed the problem at the price he quoted, and gave me back a working dryer backed up with a warranty. It's too bad Thumbtack will only allow me three tags because I would add Value and Punctuality if I could. I will recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Service call is just 49$, including diagnostic and researching a problem, discussing the final price of the project. Fee will be waived if we are hired to complete the job. Cost of each necessary part - depends on each model of appliance. Cost of labour - depends on appliance type.
