I had an issue with my high-end Dacor 24-inch column refrigerator, which stopped cooling properly. Niki came out to diagnose the problem and found a rusted, broken electrical pin causing the cooling fan to malfunction. He took the time to work with Dacor tech support and consult the service manuals, ensuring an accurate diagnosis. Throughout the process, Niki explained everything clearly and transparently. He also pointed out that Dacor should ideally address the wiring issue directly. Both Roman and Niki visited my home to double-check the diagnosis, demonstrating a level of commitment that was impressive. They were courteous, honest, and highly professional. Despite the many hours they invested in troubleshooting and working with Dacor’s support team, they only charged a minimal fee, as promised. Fast forward, the refrigerator is fixed, and my wife is thrilled, giving me all the credit—though the real credit goes to Roman and Niki. Their logical and professional approach, along with their commitment to going above and beyond, truly exceeded my expectations.

Service call is just 49$, including diagnostic and researching a problem, discussing the final price of the project. Fee will be waived if we are hired to complete the job. Cost of each necessary part - depends on each model of appliance. Cost of labour - depends on appliance type.
