- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for regular maintenance service is a service fee + supplies used. We base our service fee on the estimated average time required and proximity to other customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, understand the water feature or aquarium that we are working with. This could be done from a phone call, but pictures or a site visit is typically better. Once we understand what we are working with, we try to understand the clients needs and see if the project aligns with our skills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education in fish, but I've had or been around fish most of my life. I have degree in Electrical Engineering, so that helps with some of the system troubleshooting and such.
