Hamilton showed up on time and addressed the issue immediately. Once he found the problem he gave us options on how to repair it and did so right away. Hamilton was fantastic! He put in an entirely new system for me, installed all updated software and got our apple up and running. He explained the process up front, ordered our new computer and spent several days coming out to correct any glitches and help me to understand the basics.
Such a sweet man but most importantly, he really knows what he is doing. I only wish he could follow me around in life to help me be less technically challenged but I guess that would be a bit much to ask.
I highly recommend Hamilton for your computer needs.
