BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE !DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY ! DO NOT BUY !They are scamming people. Bought 2016 Honda Pilot for $22000 CASH back in October 2023 ! They sold me a lemon car. On the day of sale, Manager Luis promised they inspect all of their cars all around before they put on the lot for sale. He also assured me if anything happens to the car bring it back to him and he will get it fixed for me but that was a total lie. They sold me a front ended accidented car and used lot of after market parts underneath to fix it. I took it to Honda Dealership for full diagnose and paid them extra money to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. Come to find out engine mounts were broken needs be replaced ASAP as it's moving a lot and making a clucking sound while shifting gears, Transmission have issue with the gears, front struts suspensions are gone need replacement ASAP, control arms installed by M&S were used aftermarket which are taking load and making abnormal sound when shift gears. Both front and rear brakes were used aftermarket and they are making screeching, popping sound and they are slipping not holding the car in place.From the day 1st I started feeling gears making obvious abnormal sound when put on reverse and drive. I informed Manager Luis he turned his back on me and said make an appointment with their shop and he couldn't do nothing. I called their shop several times and was unable to make an appointment. After several attempts I was given an appointment by Shop Manager David and he promised me that he would not charge for diagnose fee and will let me know the estimate of repairs and wanted to charge for all the repairs even though they sold me junk car.Before the day of appointment on Jan 16, 2024 in M&S shop, I got a call from Manager David saying that he would charge me for all the repairs and for three different diagnoses even though I was promised that he would waive the diagnose fee. I even e-mailed him the diganose report from Honda Dealership on his request. Since, I didn't agree to pay for the diagnose fee he canceled my appointment and hung up the phone on me. I even requested to speak with M&S owner Sammy they didn't let me and I was left helpess.I believe in Karma and you guys will get your Karma soon playing with my life savings and hard earned money like that.DO NOT BUY ! BE AWARE ! BE AWARE ! DO NOT BUY ! They are selling junk cars and not even fix them right !

Could not express how frustrated I am with these conniving, lying, scummy snakes in Car Salesmen clothing. Please save your money and time, bring your business elsewhere, I assure you they have no other intention than to milk every last dollar they can from your pockets. Please read my story. I was looking to get into MY first car and wanted something a little cooler to drive around in, that's when me and mother found a 2006 Ford mustang listed on their website. We went to go check it out and found that we liked the car but were uneducated on the value of the vehicle, not their fault. We overpaid unknowingly and then had to get insurance for the vehicle, what they did not warn us of was the exuberantly high insurance rate for any Mustang and a young fella like my self. After this we started to notice some funny things going on with the car... 1st, the back seat foot area was WET someone spilled a bottle of water back there on one side. 2nd, both handles on the front seat to let the chairs come forward had been snapped off, and they told us its we should expect that of a used vehicle. 3rd, the stripe that runs the length of the bottom of the car had paint spill over the top and create a hard line or lip. 4th, those uneducated dropouts in the back installed or didn't catch the engine thermostat being installed UPSIDE DOWN, causing me to spend another 400$ to get it repaired otherwise the engine would have overheated. 5th, and finally we wanted to sell the car back to them not because we didn't actually like the car but because the insurance is a little bit too high for me at my new job, they basically told me to kick rocks unless i wanted to sell it for 1/3 of what i bought it for, after only 9 months of ownership.

If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero but unfortunately the only number I can give us one star so we went into purchase a car. We were already preapproved wanted to stick with the bank we were working with instead they went ahead and just ran the credit and was still not able to finance. Whoever they ran through, but never ran who we were preapproved from on top of that the car that we were trying to purchase Smell really bad so it was a blessing in disguise because my husband, one of the car but I didnt because the car smells like dog beware very very worry about trusting them because the whole time we explained very clear that we were already preapproved and we were not interested in being ran through other people, but they didnt even use who we were preapproved from. We wind up believing Im going to another lot and went with who we were preapproved from, and they honored not running our credit where Here in MS auto they ran it for nothing So be aware if you get the man Luis because hes the one that did this and then the other guys were like oh I didnt help you, so I had no idea I have no answers for you

Where to begin. So much went on in such little time. My initial experience was good. But sadly it was anything but good after. This has to be the most unprofessional car dealership you could go to. Lets begin upon my first visit. I explained my credit was challenged and provided income. At that time Representative Luis said he could work with it. I was like okay good. The first car I looked at was a Chevy Cruze. At that time I did not continue the purchase. Finally I came back on January 30 this time looking at a 2019 KIA Optima. Provided once again proof of income and signed contract based on the terms I was looking for. I was very happy And took the car the same day. Everything seemed to have gone smoothly. Well mid Feb I get a call that the loan company had mixed up the 2 cars. And had to come resign the contract for the KIA. I shouldve been more aware. But since nothing changed and was satisfied with the car I didnt have a problem. That day I asked if everything was good and they said yes. Now if you know about the CA 10 day rule where dealerships have 10 days to cancel contract. Which now that I think about it they only probably made me re sign so they could get around the 10 day rule. So if you are getting a car keep in mind dealerships in CA only has 10 days to change anything. All of a sudden couple days later they call me to tell me the loan company had denied the loan. Given at this point Ive had the car a month and a week! They said they went with another bank and needed $1000 more down and higher APR and payments. Obviously I was going to be upset. All of this shouldve been settled upon the sale of the car. But given they were sneaky and with the 10 day rule they could do this. Now their Financial reps are the worst! So rude and unprofessional! First Moji tried speaking to me like I was stupid and yelling at me. They had to have ran my credit again without my consent no way they could find a bank without running credit and when questioned about it they simply said no we didnt. Also he accused me of giving them wrong income when I submitted proof of income to them three times. Finally after a lot of back and forth I emailed them to send me the new deal so I can decide if I want it or not. And after further research I decided not to take it. I emailed them that I would bring the car back on Friday March 8 and would like my deposit back. Well Sami (their other financial representative) called telling me they had other options and to come in Thursday. I told him I might go. That Thursday morning after further thinking and how everything was handled I decided that I would just return the car. If they had done all this wrong to begin with and was treated horrible by their financial rep why would I go back and do business with them. Well their rep Sami calls me asking me if I was going to come in and I said no. I was returning the car Friday. He was upset and want it the car that day and after I told him that upon the first email I had stated I was returning the car Friday. He was the one that wanted me there Thursday. After that he simply said okay come Friday at 11. I came into the dealership Friday at 11 as agreed. Rep Moji was late. He then said we could work the car deal within the dealership lower Apr. But where was these deals in the beginning when I had stated what I was looking for. And to be honest I would have probably stayed with the car and explored the other options, but their representatives were extremely rude and disrespectful. Specially Moji. I dont know if he wouldve been that rude if I was a man but he was extremely comfortable raising his voice at me. I went to another car dealership and it was quick easy and fast. The loan was approved same day payments set up. Which you would expect this bigger dealership to have done. If you do decide to go and buy please read everything. I was misguided by the good reviews shouldve looked more into the place. They do some sneaky stuff and read the other reviews same thing has happen to other people.
