Keith was on time and friendly. He addressed issues as they came up and his report was straightforward and included pictures of every mentioned issue no matter how minor. My only wish is that I was buying another home so I could hire Henry Home Inspections again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Price of inspection is simply based on square footage of home. An inspection agreement will be signed by myself and my client. A date and time is set for the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction field since 2010. I have mostly worked as a carpenter, and am also a certified welder and licensed refrigerant handler. I have other certificates for operating equipment and safe working practices. I am a certified home inspector through Home Inspectors of California. I also have $1,000,000 of general liability insurance. Certificate # 270870
