Thanks for stopping by! I am so passionate about yoga. I found yoga after herniating a disc in my spine and dislocating a shoulder. Yoga helped me to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. Now, I’m lucky enough to teach others how to find their own strength, healing, and especially preventing or healing injury. I love to host yoga events and teach online too. I have 2 200 HR yoga teacher training certificates + 2 50 HR extension of learning programs. I also completed a 300 HR advanced yoga teacher treating from the Ayurvedic school of yoga!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone from young athletes looking to prevent injury to people on their weight loss journey to those who need restorative, deep stretching! I love working with different people for their specific needs and I’m trained in various styles for this reason.
