- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start working with our customers by getting a complete understanding of their requirements to get the right information. Additionally, we perform the necessary pre-work, in preparation before our visit. We send out a quote for approval, an appointment invite, and reminders along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OC Tasker’s founder is a businessman by trade. With an undergraduate degree in business, and experience in several service industries, we really understand the importance of excellent customer service and perform the work as we would in our own home. We also have several degrees from the School of Hard Knocks. Practical experience speaks volumes and is sometimes better than theoretical knowledge.
