- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am looking for long term clients, therefore, in an initial year of service, I will typically keep the invoice low in order to demonstrate the quality of my service, follow through and delivery. I have found this to create strong good will and as result see the majority of my clients return the following years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our initial exchange of communication I will forward the prospective client an email with a link that when accessed, will take them to a questionnaire and client portal. This is where all information can be conveyed, and the necessary documents can be uploaded in an encrypted, and secure way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed and bonded tax preparer, I am required to maintain annual continuing education standards. These ongoing courses include compliance and ethics, in addition to the ongoing changes in the tax code.
