- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process includes an initial phone call to determine if your goals align with my abilities as a coach. If so, we will then decided which steps to take after this whether it be coaching where I build you a monthly exercise / diet plan, I conduct training sessions with you, or we can set up a hybrid of both of these options. I like to work closely with my clients. You can text me anytime if you have any questions or if you are looking for guidance on your lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work a variety of different clients. - Middle / Older aged individuals who have prioritized other aspects over their fitness and health and now wish to regain their physical well-being. - Young adults that are looking to improve their physique and increase their athleticism.
