My usual computer repair shop wasn't able to help me, although they made sure it wasn't a hardware problem. Finding someone who can repair old software is difficult - and I know that the repair wasn't easy. Daryl repaired the software, and so far, so good! The software is working! He took time to really understand the problem; he communicated well; he kept me updated on his progress; he was thorough and reasonably priced, as well. Plus, he picked the computer and gear up - and delivered it when he was done, which was an enormous help to me. I would definitely seek his service again if I have any more issues with my computers."See more
