My tub faucet had an issue where the hot water would not stop flowing. I reached out to Tim, who promptly returned my inquiry request with his approach to fix and his availability. He was punctual, arriving on time and immediately started working to mitigate the plumbing issue. He provided me with updates as to the fix status and parts needed. He was able to promptly fix the issue and put everything back together as if no issue had occurred. His professionalism, punctuality, knowledge of his trade and most importantly his honesty are difficult to find nowadays. If you want someone who is honest, has integrity and will do the work correctly, then Tim is your man. I highly recommend him and will be using him for future handyman needs.
