We recently bought a house in Newport and were looking for a contractor who could add an additional room to the home. We spoke to a few friends in the area and OC Construction and Consulting cane highly recommend to us. Even from the first call I could tell these were experts. They are so knowledgeable and were able to answer any question my husband and I had. During the construction process they were very upfront, polite, and efficient. They finished faster than we expected and the addition is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this company. Their work is excellent.

When my mother came to live with us we wanted her to have a space that was truly her own and so decided to hire OC Construction & Consulting to convert our garage into and apartment for her. It was a big job but we definitely trusted the right company because it turned out exactly the way we’d hope. They do great work and their crew is professional and very efficient. We plan on having them back again for further remodeling and our family highly recommends them.

Talk about customer service! This is easily the best experience Ive had with someone working on my home. The room addition that they did for us is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is above and beyond. To top it all off they were always professional and respectful every step of the way. I would gladly welcome them into my home again. I am already planning my next project with OC Construction and Consulting.

OC Construction Consulting was a recommendation from a coworker. I have to say it was one of the best recommendations I have ever gotten. It’s really hard to find trustworthy companies when you need someone to work on your home but I am happy to report that this company is one of the best out there. The remodel that they did for us is everything that we asked for. They consulted us every step of the way and were always easy to reach if we had questions. I definitely hope to work with them again soon.

OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. designs and works within our clients budgets. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. also assists our clients with phasing their project into smaller projects spread out over time if their budget does not allow all of the work to be completed at once. When plans are needed, OC Construction & Consulting, Inc. designs the plans to fit our clients budget. Pre construction planning is the most important part of any project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OC Construction & Consulting, Inc obtains as much information as possible about the project over the phone. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc also has any plans emailed to us so we may review them before meeting with the client or designer. if plans are needed OC Construction & Consulting, Inc refers our clients to our design team. If the client already has plans then OC Construction & Consulting, Inc can provide an accurate estimate to them along with a project timeline once in contract.

OC Construction & Consulting, Inc has been in the construction industry since 2000. OC Construction & Consulting, Inc also has extensive experience in all aspects of construction from design to completion.
