MR Garage Door Repairs came to replace my broken springs. While evaluating my door Miguel recommended replacing the cables and rollers too. At first, I declined the offer and mentioned I would be getting new doors and wanted to save the money. He let me know that the door I have is in very good condition and can be updated with paint. I asked what a new door like mine would cost and he said $2,000. So I went with his recommendation and upgraded the rollers, cables and had the new springs installed. The garage door is operating more smoothly and much quieter than before. Additionally, Miguel’s recommended upgrades saved me a ton of money. Thank you Miguel for working in the best interest of your customers.

Miguel was great! Explained everything very clearly. Definitely knows what he is doing. Had everything he needed with him. So, once I approved the estimate, he did the work. An hour later, my broken garage door cable was repaired. Plus, during that one hour, he also did an overhaul of most parts of the 30+ year-old garage door hardware (other cable, all rollers, spring, brackets/plates, etc.). And Angie was great as the scheduler and primary communicator. Definitely will use them again. And definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors.

From the first call with Angie yesterday to the tech, Miguel arriving promptly the next morning-5 plus stars!! Turns out there was a screw loose on the motor. No charge he says!! What?? Wow!! Had a tech from another company show up yesterday and said we needed a complete new garage door opener $1,000 plus!! He did say our springs had wear and tear and showed us where they were loose- and since he was so honest and professional we decided to replace them at a very competitive price.
