I offer the best experience, customer service, fun, pro level audio gear, personality & am a veteran at events. My price is inclusive of all pro-level sound equipment, setup/breakdown, DJ & MC Services, custom mixes and playlists, consultation & professional event/wedding schedule advice. I am a music & entertainment specialist for the last 20 years. I went to Musicians Institute and studied DJing as well as live music performance. I have ran production for theatre, film & events as well as festivals & live shows all over the world for my band. I also have been hired to produce corporate events & pop ups. I knew my love of music could expand and help bring happiness to others. Being a top level DJ & MC I know how take your event to the next level! I also have a Professional photographer and videographer with me at every event and you can add on photo or video services for an extra, yet discounted price! In addition to offering my DJ MC package, I also have mobile Photo Booth offering printed strips & digital delivery. I have a 360 video booth as well. I also have an event lighting and dance floor lighting as well. I have played music all over the country and have done just about every type of event. I always make sure that the price is fair to my customers and I am always willing to negotiate on the price and suit your budget. Keep in mind, I charge firmly $200 an hour & have a 3-4 hour minimum depending on type of event Any price quoted on Thumbtack is an estimate and a firm price can be given after a consultation. Price might vary, depending on the location. Travel, gas and travel time will be discussed upon phone consultation & contract as well. The PA and sound system is always included in my quote. As well as all my DJ equipment. Lighting is available as well. I have full stage, dance floor and wash lighting. Lighting is an extra charge but can be negotiated upon depending on the event. I also make great deals for my clients! Music is something your guests will remember forever. It is the tipping point between being a "okay" party and a "GREAT" party. Jackie and her staff were great. She kept in contact with me during the month of planning. Would respond timely when I had a question or needed information. The day of the birthday both the DJ sound by Jackie and video booth had the guests enjoying the event from the minute they showed up until the end of the night. We provided basic song selection for her to build from and she adapted as the night and request from the guest came up. Yvette and her guest had the best 50th birthday party and Jackie and staff elevated this experience. We cannot wait to work with Jackie J Productions in the future for our next big event.

DJ Jackie J (and her videographer Travis) were amazing! She was so easy to work with in the planning stages and her positive energy was contagious! On the wedding day, Jackie had all the right equipment for the ceremony and reception, including awesome lighting. She also did a great job of reading the crowd and playing music everyone would enjoy. She even went above and beyond by bringing a drone (which impressed all of our guests)! Jackie and Travis were so nice and friendly to all of our guests! Afterwards, many of them let us know how much they loved her and we loved her too!!

DJ Jackie J was AMAZING!! She brought the highest level of professionalism & positive energy throughout the entire process! From the initial consultation, I could tell that she was the right choice for us. I built our party around the music so it was essential that she was a good fit. First off, she is a musician and her love of music and ability to play and integrate all genres of music was impressive! DJ Jackie went above and beyond my expectations. I was upfront with her about not being "in the know" with music and what is popular with teenage girls. Thankfully she did. We hired her for my daughter's quincenera (15th birthday). DJ Jackie made all the necessary announcements and did very well pumping up the crowd. She also read the crowd well when a song didn't work. Soon after she started playing, my daughter and her friends took over the dance floor, yelling and jumping and singing for about 3 hours straight! I did not expect them to have as much fun as they did! DJ Jackie not only knew what to play, but she joined them on the dance floor with her mic and kept them pumped up and partying! So many parents watching asked "Where did you find this DJ?!" Another party goer was impressed because usually parties like this are taken over by the adults, but not this one! Jackie did exactly what I hoped she would do and more! We were so happy to see our daughter and her friends so happy. It was a very special night that we will never forget! Thanks DJ Jackie for making it so special!

I charge a base price of $200 an hour, depending on the hours needed. I have 20 years of music experience & event production, so my expertise may be a little more than other DJs. Also, to OFFICIALLY BOOK your requested date & time you MUST PAY 50% deposit at the time of booking & the remaining balance at least 1 day before your event. I don’t offer refunds
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call/consultation, 50% deposit from client to hold your time & date of your event, more communication about timing & coordinating everything & all your special details & then YOUR MAGICAL DAY
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of audio production & 10 years live music production. Online training from MUSICIANS INSTITUTE. Produced my own original music and for other artists.
