- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always exciting for me to meet a new client. Each client is unique and I like to treat them for their individual desires. When working with a new customer my first question I ask is if the client has any food allergies. After we establish what can and cannot be cooked, I like to ask the client what their desired meal is, how many guests will be attending, and what type of ingredients are important to them. After this is established, I can make a menu that I hope will fulfill their vision. I am never offended if the client does not like what I’ve proposed, I will make necessary alterations in order to ensure their dream meal is achieved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of college education in Culinary Arts, graduating on the president’s honor roll with a GPA of 3.8. Since then I have over 8 years of professional experience. My training has been through the various jobs and clients I have worked with, although I’m a lifelong learner and my training and education continues to grow everyday through reading, experimenting and traveling to other countries to broaden my palette.
