- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company charges a $80 service call fee. We come to your location and perform a diagnostic. If you hire us for the repair, this $80 will be applied toward the cost of repairing your appliance. We offer a 15% discount on labor for new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1: Our representative contacts you to gather additional information. 2: Our technician visits your location and performs a full diagnostic of your appliance. 3:Third, sometimes our technician can fix the issue without ordering additional parts, but sometimes it’s necessary. If parts need to be ordered, the technician will collect a 30% deposit of the total cost and return in 2-3 days to complete the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the necessary license to perform all appliance repair work and insurance for emergencies.
