This is our first negative review since we’ve been on this app and number one. This picture does not depict what reality is in this project we have since come out and addressed Mr. sings issues even though his wife is happy with our work. We are still ready to come out and addressany warranty work that’s currently an issue for this customer during the holidays. We have attempted to arrange a date to come out again but no response from Mr. SingH Our perfect five star rating should clearly display the kind of caliber company we are and rather than have this conversation with Mr. SingH via telephone in person the public is to see what isn’t reality We don’t deserve a one star rating nor have this discussion in the public eye, but here we are discussing what we were anticipating to Saul before it got to this level of complaint As of today, we’re still waiting for Mr. SingH to respond to our installer in order to address another concern that he has. We have done all we can based on his cooperation and provided many remedies which should not dissuade anyone from choosing our service.
