Hello, my name is Luciana Ellington, I am a IATSE Local 44 seamstress and draper based on Los Angeles (and available to travel). I have experience in drapery (making curtains, pillows, duvets, etc) and Upholstery as I work part time at Omega Cinema props, Arete buildings and other shops. Im good making big items and working with unconventional materials, I also try my best to make everything fast as I know dead lines can be super stressful. Although i’m a seamstress I also do light building. More samples of my work can be seen by request.

I highly recommend Luci! She did an amazing job on my son’s costume. She sewed trim onto his costume and made a few alterations He was extremely happy with it. The work was done fast and she really goes out of her way to please her customers. She even dropped the costume off at my house and gave me a free homemade bag with it! She’s the best. Give her a call!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to Luci roughly 6-7 days before Halloween. I needed I custom made mask for my costume that needed to have an effect of being non-visible from the outside but that I could still see when putting it on. Despite the complex idea, she wanted to do her best and create one from scratch with materials that I brought to her. She not only created one but THREE masks that I can wear, she wanted me to truly get a mask that I was comfortable wearing. She was quick at responding to my messages and really fast at completing the job. If you want to have someone who works fast, that gives you your money’s worth and that cares about how you would feel wearing the item you requested, then she’s your girl! Thank you so much, Luci. I had many many compliments for my mask on Halloween! :)

Luci is awesome! I had her recover loose pillows and cushions for my chairs and she did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! What iI love about Luci is that she responds fast, and did the work fast too! She gave me a reasonable lead time and even exceeded my expectations as she was able to finish the work before the agreed timeline. I also appreciate her reasonable calculation of the work and fee. She doesn’t overprice or exaggerate the work just to be overly compensated. All these while delivering a high quality of work!
