- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For home cleaning services, it's important for customers to be aware of various aspects related to pricing, discounts, and fees. Here are some key points that customers should know: Service Packages and Customization: We offer different types of services based on the size of the home and condition, as well as frequency of service (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). We also allow customization of services, so customers can tailor the cleaning to their specific needs. For first time customers: We always recommend a deep clean for the initial cleaning of the home so that it can be maintained by a recurring standard clean. (This would depend on the condition of the home for a initial clean, if the home is generally clean we can proceed with a standard clean instead.) Discounts for Regular Service: We offer discounts for regular customers, and for those with ongoing recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly). Cancellation Policy: We require 1 full business days notice if you need to cancel or change any upcoming appointments. When you provide 1 or more full business days notice, there is no cancellation fee. If you provide less than 1 full business days notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment the day of your service, or we can not gain access to into your home, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial process with New customers: We would need your basic info, such as full name, address, and a phone number to reach you. Assessment: We would ask you questions about your home such as how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and square footage of the home to get a general idea of the size and scope that we would be working with. Estimation and Quotation: After gathering all the required info we would then be able to provide you with an accurate quote for the cleaning service. (In some instances the price can adjust if ever that the scope of the work is more than the agreed price, or if additional services were added after the quotation). Scheduling: After the price was been agreed upon, we would then be able to set you on the schedule. Preparation by the customer: There are some preparations that the customer needs to do, such as decluttering the home before the cleaners arrive, securing pets, or making specific areas be accessible for the cleaning personnel. Cleaning visit: Upon arriving at the location, cleaners will need to assess the home and inspect the areas, then the cleaning staff will begin cleaning the home. Quality check and feedback: After the cleaning staff has completed the job, they will do a final walkthrough with the customer to be able to check if it has met their expectations, We also solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve our services. Payment and Invoicing: After the cleaning and final walkthrough of the home has been completed, customers will then be charged on their preferred payment for the cleaning, an invoice will be sent to them as well which will served as their receipt. Follow up: We will then follow up with customers to ensure that the cleaning has met their expectation and if they want to discuss recurring cleanings for the future.
