FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive with all companies, but we do tend to beat out the competition while offering the same service options if not better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves, and inquire about the situation they are having at the affected property. From there we go on to do a full exterior (and interior if desired) inspection to gauge all potential pest on site and give options from there ranging from a one time service to regular recurring services. If a client finds one of these options appealing we can start the treatment right away or schedule for a better time. We take this time of introduction to help answer any questions or concerns that may pop up regarding the treatment protocol.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CSUN vector control. Licensed operator by the state of California. Insured, bonded, and attending yearly seminars to keep up with a mandatory education to keep a license active as a law by the Structural Pest Control Board. IPM (integrated pest management) and GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified.
