Troubleshoot a problem with universal remote operating home theater system properly. Peter figured out my problem and added some features to my remote that I was unaware of. Pricey service call but worth having everything in sync at home.

We had Mark and the team at Defined Entertainment design relocate and hide a DirecTV coaxial cable from one wall to an adjacent, about 10 feet away. Mark was very prompt and communicated well with the scheduling of the initial assessment and estimate as well as the actual job. The crew that came was professional, presented well and courteous. The work that was done was in a professional and workmanlike manner.
