- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer subscription based pricing to reduce the immediate costs for solar panel cleaning, and create a long term relationship where our customers see the full value of their solar production, year round.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial visit/consult with our staff, then either clean during that visit, or set up time to return for an approximate hour long cleaning, depending on size of solar array.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Long history of solar panel ownership and research into local needs of solar panels and the impacts of no rain and higher dust, pollution and even fires. The founder's career in technology allows for most processes to be automated, reducing the costs for our customers.
