- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently, we are offering discounts for bundled services (i.e. accounting + payroll + taxes, etc.). Typically, our fees will depend on the complexity of the project, but we work with our clients budget. We offer Recurring Fixed Monthly Fee for a Bundled Package in Accounting and Bookkeeping services with a retainer agreement. We also offer A la Cart, or "One time projects" that are based on our hourly rates. As a valued client, you should know exactly what you are paying for! Service Guarantee - if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service we will refund your fee for that month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide Free Consultation either on the phone or video meeting using video conferencing platform for transparency. The goal is to verify and discover the requested service . Once agreed on retaining our servicesas a service provider, we will send an Invoice prior to starting the job. We have a secure portal that our customer is able to access to email and share documents safely as it is encrypted. There will be constant communication and we welcome questions anytime at no additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lynnette Stroeger, the Owner of the TRM Tax Solutions is a Tax Specialist with an Accounting Degree and her credential is CRTP which is California Registered Tax Preparer. CRTPs are specifically trained and registered annually on income tax matters, both federal and California, to qualify for re-registration. Lynnette has undergone a rigorous course curriculum and an examination specifically to Federal and California income tax law, procedure and preparation.
