What do you want in your trainer? A friend who can be your instructor, push your limits to an extend where you didn’t imagine you would go.. Shaneet has it all.. he will recognize your motivation and then steer your will in that direction for you to achieve goals. He does it so nicely that you won’t even notice that you have been motivated and your results speaks for it.. two months into my training I already started to look ripped.. this is the kind of results his training provides you.. of course you have to be motivated to achieve goals as he is not gonna do exercise but if you are motivated he is the guy for you.

Kumar was so easy to work with- he met my needs no matter what I needed each week we trained in the 3+ years he was at my gym. I lost weight, firmed and toned, and maintained my physique over the entire period together. He was also super conscientious in his workout design when I had a significant back injury. I highly recommend him for these reasons!
