I met Kumar a little after Covid. We were at a small gym that was in the process of moving to a bigger facility. Having been a college athlete before I was used to lifting but wanted a new set of eyes to check my form and help with workouts. Kumar was great! He knew when to push and when to motivate. He was constantly finding new workouts for me to try which kept me excited for every session. Regardless of the equipment available he was able to give great workouts that left me feeling I had done something. I started training with him 4 years and when I moved I still find myself using workouts he showed me in my every day routine today! In the process of training with him I lost about 40 pounds and also got my mom involved too. She has never been able to stick with a personal trainer for very long but with Kumar, she looked forward to every session. He gave her a sense of confidence and belonging in the gym where she now feels comfortable doing lifts on her own where she would not have before.

Kumar was so easy to work with- he met my needs no matter what I needed each week we trained in the 3+ years he was at my gym. I lost weight, firmed and toned, and maintained my physique over the entire period together. He was also super conscientious in his workout design when I had a significant back injury. I highly recommend him for these reasons!

What do you want in your trainer? A friend who can be your instructor, push your limits to an extend where you didn’t imagine you would go.. Shaneet has it all.. he will recognize your motivation and then steer your will in that direction for you to achieve goals. He does it so nicely that you won’t even notice that you have been motivated and your results speaks for it.. two months into my training I already started to look ripped.. this is the kind of results his training provides you.. of course you have to be motivated to achieve goals as he is not gonna do exercise but if you are motivated he is the guy for you.
