- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly moderate for high quality work. Each job is unique and will have different pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer, we first like to touch base via message, email or phone. Then we set up an initial meet up with Bill or Alex at the job site, with the client. From there we are able to give a more specific estimated proposal for the job by understanding more what the customer wants, and also by taking measurements. After this, an email is sent out by us letting the customer know pricing. If they decide to move forward, we schedule a construction start date followed by ordering the materials needed to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Bill is a General Contractor. Our team of men have licenses for construction, we are fully insured and bonded. Every 2 weeks we have a group meeting to re-cap our jobs, what went well and what needs improvements, along with safety re-caps.
