The JDP Choreography located in San Diego, CA is a Team with over 13 years of experience choreographing and performing at events such as Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, Debuts, and weddings. JDP Choreography is based in San Diego, CA, but offers both in-person and online classes nationwide.
The founder of JDP Choreography, holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance and a minor in Education Studies from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She also earned a Master's degree in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University (APU), focusing on promoting a healthy and fit lifestyle for dancers. The founder recently served as a dance judge for the San Diego Biggest Quinceañera Expo in 2024.
JDP choreography has participated in prestigious world-level competitions, including the Summit Championship in Latin dance styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Cha Cha Cha in 2022, 2023, and 2024. She also competed in the ULDC in Las Vegas in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, she has been a member of a hip-hop dance company called Kruciaal Elements and has competed in Latin dance with Deseo Studios and Animo Dance Company. The founder was involved in the CGTV Actors program in Los Angeles with Adrian R'Mante, known for his role as Esteban in "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," and has participated in show productions with various organizations, including the Ray and Joan Kroc Center, BTAA, SWC Theater Department, EHS Television Production, and Sweetwater VAPA.
The JDP Choreography Team has extensive experience choreographing and teaching dances for Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, Debuts, and other special events. We also perform a variety of dance styles, including hip-hop, Latin dance, burlesque, belly dancing, and fire dancing, at different events throughout the San Diego area.
If you're interested in booking us and need to use our dance studio space, please note that there is a fee of $35 to $60 per hour for the studio rental. It will depend on both studio & location. There is no additional charge for practicing at home as long as you are within the travel distance.
