Our water heater cracked and leaked into our garage. We called several different companies and landed on North Bay Water Heaters with Jeremiah.Jeremiah is the most straightforward, honest and confident person who we had spoken to with regards to our issue and needs. He didn't push extra items we didn't need and he didn't incorporate any 'fear' tactics into explaining what we needed to do to fix the issue.His prices are very fair. We called about 6 different companies and would recommend North Bay Water Heaters company over all the others we spoke to and received quotes from. We spoke to some companies that were very high in price and others that were questionable low (the lowest price was purchasing a Lowes water heater, which would be subpar to the highly recommended replacement water heater according to independent research).Jeremiah was able to explain the pricing, the costs associated with the replacement, what was needed in terms of time and any additional add ons we wanted to go with. He came across as very knowledgeable, kind, confident, ready to do the job and get it done correctly and with the correct materials to ensure the longevity of the unit. Less than a minute into the conversation we knew we wanted him to help us with our needs.Jeremiah was able to replace the water heater and do all necessary plumbing fittings the same day that we needed it....the day after Christmas. He worked independently, cleaned up the area and his workmanship is excellent. His demeanor is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. If you need someone - definitely don't look any further!

My hot water tank was not putting out any hot water and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I was very lucky to find North Bay Hot Water Solutions by their already great reviews. I talk to Jeremiah Botts(Owner) and was told he would stop by and see what was wrong before his first appointment. Jeremiah gave me an estimated cost,which was very reasonable and he came back later that day and got everything working. Found out he also did plumbing and is coming back next week to fix some leaky pipes.I highly recommend Jeremiah Botts and would definitely use his services again.Not only does he do great work he is also very polite and a great guy!HIGHLY RECOMMEND using North Bay Water Heater Solutions

Jeremiah was prompt, efficient and professional. While here for the water heater, he did some additional work for us and his pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use him again in the future. While he specializes in water heaters, this is your plumber for anything you need in Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Marin counties. Pleasure to work with.
