I booked Chef Chante for a private birthday dinner for my wife and I. She was professional and responsive throughout the planning stage, first taking the time to ask me questions about food preferences while also adjusting the first draft of the menu according to feedback I provided. On the day of the dinner, she was punctual and efficient, immediately getting to work preparing our dinner courses so we could dine on time. The food itself was delicious and well-executed, and it was a pleasure to watch her work in my kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Chef Chante prepared a 4 course meal for my wife's 40th birthday. A magical experience. A fine-dining experience brought to you!
Everything was great. My favorite was the seared tuna tacos. My wife's favorite was the tres leches cake.

Chef Chanté was incredible! Leading up to the event she was very responsive and thoughtful in her process. She came up with a menu that we reviewed together and made adjustments along the way.
She arrived early and started prepping - super friendly and fun to be around.
The service started and her food was SO SO good. Every course was carefully curated, balanced, and just incredible. Our dinner guests were blown away by how tasty everything was. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in level of detail for her food. She even did a cocktail to celebrate the occasion between courses.
I also was surprised by how much food we received for each course. Typically I feel skimped with these kind of fancy meals and am still hungry after - Chef’s courses were all the perfect size - not too big, not too little.
Our dinner guests ended up loving everything so much they even asked for Chef’s card at the end. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her to everyone I know!
