I have only had a few sessions with Ann and am already feeling so much better. She listens carefully and accurately describes what I am feeling even if I can't put it into words. She is very knowledgeable about how our brain works and how to train the body to control the mind. Through breathing exercises, I am more relaxed and focused on the present, not future worries!

Dr Ann West is by far the best choice for anyone wanting to heal. She gets to root if the problem , and gives you tools to take back control of your life. The process was faster than anticipated. She can also help with mediation. Very enlightening experience . Very knowledgeable in dealing with narcissistic abuse and so much more . This is my second experience with counseling. Im Health care provider with advanced degree. If I would have chosen Dr Ann West the first time . There would not have been second time . She is truly blessing . She does stay booked but always finds way to accommodate my schedule . She has my full endorsement. Having tough time or need learn new life skills please call her . You will be glad you did .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$175 per hour. 5 packs and 10 packs give 5 -10% discount. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please lmk 24 in advance if you need to reschedule otherwise there will be a cancellation fee if your session time can’t be filled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a 15 mins free consultation. I want you to get to know me a little and vise versa. Once we know we have a natural flow and can work well together we can move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of working in Breathwork for the release of anxiety, depression and trauma. I trained in Holotropic Breathwork and now offer certification programs for Holistic Breathwork. I have a Ph.D in Spiritual Psychology and a Doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences. I have trained in PAIRS relationship training. Non Violent Communications, Compassionate Communications, Hypnosis, I am an Usui Reiki Master and Ozone practitioner.
