- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on knowledge and getting the job done. Knowledge based pricing , lets me know where and what I have to do. Many of my customers call doctor McGyver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical start is getting to understand the customer, so we can discuss the issue why we are talking. I can pretty much estimate the time it will take me to fix or start from scratch. My knowledge of home systems allows me to almost imagine what and where the issue is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I have done every trade 100’s of times and have troubleshoot major issues. I currently am a home inspector and trained to find defects.
