I contacted Victor Gutierrez with Gutierrez Modern Landscaping via a referral using Thumbtack app. I had an extremely overgrown right of way, front yard, and backyard, including what I thought was an unmanageable berry vine nightmare. Throughout the process, he was very responsive via text, visited the property and sent me pictures of the areas we spoke about. I was very happy with the quoted dollar amount but was unsure he could get it done in the two days he promised. He and his two employees (family members that he works with regularly) were in fact able to get it done in just one day! And the results were meticulous! They arrived on time and got to work immediately. I’ve had people clean up this yard in the past and they never came even close to the level of completeness that Victor and his team, did. They have definitely changed what I expect going forward and I’ve deleted my previous yardwork contacts. Needless to say, I am more than happy to full heartedly recommend this amazing team to work in your yard! Very trustworthy, extremely reasonable pricing, excellent communication, humble, friendly and thorough. They strive for nothing but meticulous results and satisfied customers.

Victor and his team cleaned up my tall grass pretty well. He also trimmed some of the hedges. The weeds that were growing rapidly in a subplot were removed. I recommend his high quality lawn service to those who need a fast and efficient lawn pro.

I been working with Victor owner of Gutierrez Landscaping to transform my backyard, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. They were very knowledgeable about plant varieties, hardscaping options, and how to design a space that would thrive year-round. They even provided a 3D rendering of the plan, which gave me a clear picture of the end result. Once the project began, the team was punctual and efficient. They showed up on time every day and maintained a clean worksite, which I really appreciated. The crew was courteous and respectful of my property, always making sure to minimize disruption. They worked hard and completed the project on time, despite some unpredictable weather conditions. The quality of the work was outstanding. My backyard was transformed into a beautiful, functional outdoor space with lush plants, a new patio area, and thoughtfully placed lighting that adds a touch of elegance at night. Our yard was a total disaster after 2 years of construction. It needed a lot of cleanup of overgrown weeds and grass, construction debris, tree and cactus trimming etc. Victor arrived on time, worked very efficiently and had a great eye for detail. We had previously hired other landscapers and they missed some areas. He really went above and beyond. We are looking forward to working with him again.
