- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I have "studied" under some amazing people...namely Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, and Michael Mina.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just like all good things in life, it was an accident.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I ask questions. I want to know exactly what you want. Trust me to give it to you. And if I cannot, I will tell you.
