- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I refuse to compete to be the cheapest. I firmly believe in you get what you pay for. I don't cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send an approximate cost based on the description. I ask for photos and a phone call to discuss the problem you are having. I give a best case worst case price. we agree on pricing. I complete the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25yrs hands on experience. Trade schools for specialty plumbing and some college courses on code.
