FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Box Construction, we believe in transparency and fairness in all we do, especially when it comes to pricing. Our quotes reflect not just skilled labor, but also the value we place on paying our employees a fair living wage. Every dollar you invest in your project contributes to a well-insured, fully licensed operation that stands behind its commitment to excellence and the creation of remodels that resonate emotionally with our clients. Our pricing is built on the tenets of trust, ethical business practices, and the high level of craftsmanship that we bring to your home. We do offer discounts to military, first responders, and seniors. We also offer financing with various terms including 0% financing for short term and up to 20 year loans. Please inquire for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial discovery phone. We'll get to know each other, understand the details of your project, and discuss budget and expectations to make sure we're both on the same page. 2. If the phone call goes well for you, we move to an in home consultation where we will look at your project space in person and give a preliminary ballpark budget, with the understanding that your final project price is determined by your design and material selections. 3. If you want to move forward with us, the next step is bringing our designers in. They'll go over space planning and material selections and present your project to you in a digital version so you can see it before committing. 4. If everything above works well, we move into the Home Improvement Contract and get started behind the scenes to prepare for your project. While it's quiet at home for you, there's a lot that happens behind the scenes for us in this phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, we have many years of experience in general contracting, project management, interior design, various trades and best business practices. We love learning and are always looking for new ways to do so. Thinking outside the box is what we do (pun intended) and there's not a moment that goes by that we aren't pursuing further growth and knowledge behind the scenes.
