- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know that with prices being so high for food and gas and inflation, I am willing to negotiate and help customers fit their budget. Same quality work for a lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out their need, setting a plan, selecting a location and executing the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with Cal Trans and Lincoln Training Center as a Supervisor for 4 years servicing rest areas and performing Groundskeeper work and Highway Maintenance for California's Rest Areas. We also refurbish Victorian Houses in the Bay Area and have completed hundreds of Landscaping jobs in Southern California.
