- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Progressive Health and Performance we offer fitness training and nutrition coaching rates that fit any budget. These programs are uniquely designed based on individual clientele goals. Program sessions are based on private training, semi private training, community training and nutrition coaching services. Our pricing varies to those individuals that have the highest commitment, therefore the more and longer amount of time you are able to commit, the lower the price per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Important steps are taken when designing a program for a new customer. First we begin with a consultation that includes a comprehensive evaluation process that tailors itself to the biomechanics needs of each individual. With this being done we can create and use the most effective and efficient methods to help you overcome your greatest health & fitness challenges. Our process is done through science and critical thinking which results in the best evaluation outcome. During this consultation we have and in-depth conversation based on your current health & fitness, while providing a clear path and plan to show how we can help you reach your goals while also being mindful of your health and well-being.
